Hello, the item I have ordered looks very "fake" the eucalyptus leaves are strange green color and fro far away, you can tell the piece is made out of cheep plastic. The craftsman shift is how ever beautiful. Bride have chosen fresh eucalyptus leaves head piece. Your item is unused, tag attached and I was wondering if returnable. Also, this item was supposed to be mailed from you to the bride directly, but it was mailed to me instead. I had additional expenses to mail it priority to the bride.
